1. Fill out our short form so we know a bit about you and why you want to share Workflow
2. Once you fill out the form you’ll be prompted to create your affiliate account.
3. Once you created your account, you’ll be able to copy your unique affiliate link

FAQ's

Who can join the affiliate program?

• Current users of Workflow who know and love the product.

This is different than what I remember your affiliate program was?

• We recently (January 22, 2026) changed our referral/affiliate program to be fairer to you and transparent on who was referred and simplify payouts. When we did that we also changed it to a lifetime payout structure instead of a one-time thing.
• If you were an affiliate prior to that, or submitted an affiliate application your link was manually moved over and your login email address is the same that it was when you first signed up.

When and How do I get paid?

• When you signup, you can choose whether you’d like payouts via Paypal or Wise.
• Payouts are processed Monthly, with a min payout balance of $4 (approx. 2 referrals)

What counts as a successful referral?

• A successful referral is anyone who signs up using your unique link and becomes a paying customer.

How do I track my referees?

• When you create your account (we use a service called Refgrow for managing affiliate links and the like) you will automatically have access to a dashboard
