No. If you haven't upgraded, the trial ends without any charge. You're only billed after you explicitly choose a plan and complete checkout.
How the free trial works
Workflow's free trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card, and never charges you automatically when it ends. Trial and billing state belong to each workspace, so a new workspace you create on a paid account starts its own separate trial instead of inheriting your paid plan.
How long the trial lasts
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day free trial. Using the extended-trial referral code EXTENDED_TRIAL gives you 30 days. During the trial you can create projects and upload creative assets for review at no cost.
You're never charged automatically when the trial ends
Signing up doesn't create a paid subscription and doesn't ask for a credit card. You're only charged if you explicitly upgrade: click Upgrade, choose a plan, click Continue, and complete checkout. The plan screen shows "Your payment plan will begin when your trial finishes." If you don't upgrade, the trial simply ends and no charge is made.
The trial is per workspace
Trial and billing state belong to each workspace, not to you as a person. If you're a member of multiple workspaces, each one has its own trial end date and its own subscription, managed under Billing & Payment.
New workspaces on a paid account get their own trial
Creating another workspace with Add a workspace creates a separate account. It doesn't copy your existing paid plan, payment method, or subscription, and it becomes your current workspace. The new workspace starts its own 14-day trial, so you upgrade it separately if you want it paid. A paid account does not make a new workspace paid.
Creating a workspace is not the same as creating a project. Each workspace bills and trials separately, so adding a workspace on an already-paid account still starts a new trial for that workspace.
What happens after the trial ends
When a trial ends, your workspace stays available and you're not charged, but you can no longer upload creative assets. Workflow shows "Your free trial has ended. If you want to upload creative assets, please upgrade to the paid plan." Upgrade to resume uploading.
Common questions
Will I be charged when my trial ends?
Can I keep using Workflow for free after the trial?
Yes, your workspace stays available at no cost, but you can't upload new creative assets until you upgrade.
Why did a new workspace on my paid account start a trial?
Each workspace has its own trial and billing state. New workspaces don't inherit your paid plan, so they start a separate trial.
Can I reset or extend my trial?
If you didn't get a chance to use your trial, email [email protected] and we can reset it for you.
